Housekeeping Job Openings

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can prioritize housekeeping, as well as have the ability wear multiple hats in order to help with guest services, dishes, serving at dinner and some lawn and garden maintenance.  Position runs March 15th thru mid-OCTOBER.  We are a cattle and guest ranch and we host guests from all over the world!  Customer service is a priority for all of our staff members.  You will be surrounded by a staff of like-minded, high energy and friendly people.  We work hard and play hard…out here they are one and the same to us!

The ideal candidate will be very detail-oriented, a self-motivator, a problem solver, friendly, fit enough to be on your feet both indoors and outdoors, organized, and able to give or take direction.  Please, no drama!  We all work and live in the same place and the ability to get along and adapt are paramount to the success of our busy operation.

This position is best suited to someone who enjoys the outdoors and a remote location.  We are 40 minutes from the nearest small town, about an hour from the city of Kalispell and about 2 hours from Glacier National Park.

Pay DOE.  You will receive a salary plus tips.  Health insurance and 401k with matching funds are available for full-time employees.  Room and board are included.  We have Starlink Satellite Internet here so you will be able to keep in touch with family and friends.
