Airport & Hotel Pick Up
For $200.00, per person round trip, we can provide hotel or airport pickup and return to Kalispell. Pickup at your hotel is usually between 12:00 pm and 12:30pm. Airport pickups are usually between 12:30pm and 1:00 pm. WE DO NOT DO ANY PICKUPS BEFORE 12 or AFTER 2:00 PM. If your flight arrives before 12 noon or after 2:00, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the ranch. You can rent a car directly from the airport or you can hire Glacier taxi service (see info below)
For Saturday departures, we usually leave the ranch for the airport between 9:00 am and 10:00 am. For those of you driving yourselves, checkout is by 10:00 am. Please note: We cannot accommodate early morning departures on Saturday. If your flight leaves before 12:00pm, Glacier Taxi service is available to give you a ride at 406-892-3390. Please call Glacier Taxi for current rates.
Check in is at 3:00 PM. Orientation takes place at 5:00PM- this will give you an intro to the ranch and what you can expect during your visit. Hors d’oeuvres are at 5:30 and dinner at 6:00 PM.

Driving Directions

If you are driving to the ranch, check in is at 3:00 PM (Mountain Time), orientation is at 4:30 PM, hors d’oeuvres are at 5:00 PM, and dinner is at 6:00 PM.

From Kalispell
We are about 70 miles west of Kalispell. Take Hwy 2 west toward Libby. Watch for the mile markers. Just past mile marker 64, turn left onto McGinnis Meadows Road. Follow the main road for 6 ½ miles. Take the first right past the 6 mile marker. You’ll see our McGinnis Meadows entrance gate about 100 yards in.

From Spokane, WA
Sometimes it is cheaper all around to fly in to Spokane, WA, rent a car and drive to the ranch. It’s about 4 hours away. (We are an hour later on Mountain Time) Head northeast to Sand Point, Idaho. In Sand Point, take Hwy 200 east into Montana. A few miles past the Montana border, take Hwy 56 due north, to Hwy 2. Turn right onto Hwy 2. Drive through Libby, Montana towards Kalispell. Just past the 63 mile marker, turn right onto McGinnis Meadows Road. Follow main road for 6 ½ miles, we’re the first right past the 6 mile marker.
